At face value this looks like a pretty shitty deal for long term holders of CGR.
Values business at 51c including div of 3c way too low.
CGR currently trades at PE of around 10 & COG a PE of around 20.
Seems to me I'm swapping shares in a grossly undervalued company to one that is grossly overvalued.
Asking for more money adds insult to injury. Pay out a div then raise more money?
Anyone else have any thoughts?
