COG price is what I'll be watching. if it stays above 8.1 plus a little bit I expect the deal will go through.

My personal view, I think there is a better chance of generating a larger return for shareholders in a combined entity with the revenue, earnings and MCap metrics set out above.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not personally wedded to this other than a small, recently acquired financial interest but I think its a bit too early to tell what the market thinks - deal just announced and 2 AGMs coming up.
