Your comments are basis many assumptions on your part. Making assumptions is very dangerous especially when you don't know what's actually happening.
The immediate focus is certainly not tin but production of metal concentrates which are sold for good hard cash - such a rarity with miners.
The Tin DFS is of course important and will follow complete as soon as is practically possible.
The brilliant deal with Wanguo Mining is in place and drilling programmes are under way.
You have to allow time for CSD to build a track record of earnings and further development - that is happening.
