Personally I don't think there is a game plan. While it takes a couple of mil to smack the price down in the scheme of things it is a small amounts being traded. IMO I would be more worried of there was 1 seller with more than 10m on the ASK.
I have been dipping in this week. Picked up 4m at these crazy prices. Time will tell as to whether this was wise.
