With a 30% SH and $5m debt holder holding the Aces the plebs can please themselves. The consolidation issue is a red herring. My take is the valuation since last announcement end Q1FY25 is now under 1*ARR. Is the ARR in Q2FY25 down? Why is the Board unresponsive to advising the market. In less that a few months SPA needs to find $1m for PAM. So many questions and so little Board updates. SP in the toilet as a result.
