Cheeky buggers threw in an extra SIX shares (2,000,006) into their 'Performance' shares. Knowing them, there's probably a reason behind it too...
Original quantity pre-consol was 50,000,000 Consol ratio 25:1 Simple math even for a 2-yr-old...well, maybe a 10-yr-old..
Maybe they deserve it though. Er, I mean deserve the 6 shares and leave the other 2,000,000 to gather the inevitable amount of dust. Yeah, I guess 6 x 5c = 30c is about right for the performance here..
Somehow, they also stripped out a few million shares from the new total (of current SoI - shares on issue) if you compare the earlier figure of today's ann re them having to delete the +700m options. Jeez, you can't blink one eye here or something's gonna slide by without knowing !
