As far as I'm concerned, without any other activity happening, this is nothing but bad news for existing holders (at least those of us not "in the loop").
Just watch as our holdings now slowly diminish further in value - it's happened before with this company with a 50:1 (I think) consolidation. My initial $3000 investment from that time is now worth $3. Now it's heading towards 11 cents.
The reason of "a more appropriate capital structure" tells us nothing other than shareholders interests have been poorly managed over the last few years.
They get no more of my money.
