I like the fact there will only be only 291,485,601 shares on issue
instead of 2,914,856,008.

With a smaller number of shares on issue one really good announcement
can move the share price. I could give an excellent example in the REE
space but i would get done for cross promotion.
With billions on issue from my experience it takes many good announcements
to move the share price, because there are just so many shares for sale allowing
traders to dive in out until the really big players start vacuuming them up.

So obviously i am hoping for a really good announcement after the consolidation
to make this company fly. Of course there is risk involved, we are in the highly
speculative end of the market.
As they say 'The drill bit is the lie detector'. Time will tell whether SBR can
have that truly company maker moment.
