It is always best to do what is best for your own situation. Once the plug is pulled walk away and never look back, the stress is not worth it.
As for the class action, good luck but don't hold your hopes up. Usually it is only the lawyers that walk away with a decent payout, while the shareholders celebrate their $0.05 per share payout with a beer.
