Have a similar view @minoil - the acquisition is the intrigue at least in the shorter term. The Aussie tenements may well prove worthwhile but they’ll require dilutive capital raisings without a definitive outcome, ie more of the same playbook with dusters being part of that territory. That land is good to have and will keep the asx quiet for now but the belief is that the action is elsewhere.
The language in one of the recent quarterlies of “acquisition with financial support” suggests a project that is possibly further along, perhaps with some field work already? After all, who would offer financial support if there wasn’t already confidence in the destination of that finance? Imo it could be a JV in a region that is not in Aus but it looks like there is no hurry to unveil for now. Let’s see the quarterly…
