Aug ceo presentation comment of more products, more distribution, more sales and more revenues has not materialised as yet hence the current lack of belief and the boy who cried wolf syndrome that seems prevalent.
If it does become proven via a substantial and sustainable revenue increase th current single digit share price will look crazy.
Market value less the cash is a penny dreadful $14 mill for a company with real and multiple products. Selling them in strongly increasing numbers and revenues will release the very tight handbrake and in a blink the perception will change. Can the ceo and management do it is the question that the current share price is saying.

I guess all holders are still in and are banking on the recently rolled out plans gaining traction and bearing fruit in the not too distant future.
