USCOM has a bits of here and there and looks attractive, but lack of scale of economy, management capacity and investors' interest, it barely made some revenue which can only cover the wage/bonus and operating cost, with the help of regular CR (fresh money) from investors.
Bill I can understand where you are from and, to some extent, agree your investment theory, But USCOM is not that type of small-cap with huge potential, undervalued? yes and no!
