Could also be 20. A big order on either side from someone in a hurry or not knowing how to work an order, would move the stock. At the moment, post the raise there are no natural buyers, as the true believer have committed cash at 11 and are probably tapped out, or running into % ownership issues (Phillips and Meng) and then you get some frustrated holders who sell out (sometimes it can simply be the liquidation of an estate) which sees the stock dumped.
I have said it many times but the CEO has no cut through with the wider market, he needs to get people interested in the stock and get new buyers to give it a rip. Problem is a decent rally will see sellers comes in so it needs to be sustained to get a decent move up in the price.
I guess it just comes down to the risk return analysis. What is the upside risk v downside risk.
