Everyone keeps talking as if the Chinese have already bought their shares - but unless I missed an announcement somewhere, they had to wait on approvals from the Oz Government and the chinese gov - have those approvals been given? Cos if not then the Chinese own squat.... and Mr Maloney will be able to step in and buy those options (thus triggering the 30% rule) But as I have said in the past, I suspect he doesn't want to do that until the 12 month high on share price drops to mid October 2011 levels - aka below 10cents... after all he wouldn't want to have to offer PI 16cents for chares that sitting at just over 4 would he?
