    i will be like a hawk on their back
    JB wana reduce company admin cost and make me pay for it (angel), pay himself a decent salary and make me pay for it, sell assets at undervalued price due to his mismanagement.
    dunno if a class action would happen and get him out anyone can shed some lights ?
    are my ideas valid ? why not?
