Interesting. Lets see the nuts and bolts of the rights issue. SH get peeved when share placements are made with cries about looking after mates etc. This achieves looking after previous placement holders as well as retail possibly. Depends on the terms and who takes it up. If over subscribed then it means things are looking positive imo. If under subscribed, it means the story isn't good enough and more short term pain. How many shares do the directors have and do they take up their rights? Interesting times ahead maybe?
