We are of one mind, Bill, on the unethical nature of this market manipulation and I for one are planning to do something about it.
I have some skills in data collection and analysis and following my experience of being sold one share late one trading day, when my offer hit the top of the pile, I have started to collect and analyse a full trading record on UCM shares and very interesting it is turning out to be!
Apart from what I have learned, I believe you are blaming the wrong people. The directors and staff involved in the recent capital raising are the Good Guys, not the Bad guys manipulating the share price. Put yourself in their position. All the people involved are "management" with inside knowledge of projected growth, increasing market interest and the financial requirements needed in the near future to increase product build, in the face of rising sales. They were faced with a share price, that had been driven to historically low level by this unscrupulous manipulation. Can you imagine the shocking consequences of going to the market for a general shareholding capital raising with the share price around 11 cents. So those in-house, who could afford it, put their own hands in their pocket to stump up the funds needed. 'DIRECTORS BUYING' (and big time!) - always said to be a very good indicator of the true value of a business.
Yes UCM is well undervalued at current prices - great time to buy, while it lasts.

I'm not pointing the finger at anyone directly. I hope shareholders of any denomination are not manipulating it, but I do know that faceless instos and large traders manipulate the market constantly, using algo/bot trading to mercilessly fleece retail holders with impunity.
