Consolidation is an absolute requirement though, can't do anything with the current structure but a result will be a further decline in value, the current market cap is too high for a shell with poor management.
I could highlight many examples but WA1 acquired the west Arunta project in 2021 and today sit at a market cap of ~1.5M what have the management been doing here so many projects in their own backyard have been acquired while they tred water at your cost.
