Of course it is for a cap raise, but at current 0.002 even with a 50% discount they wouldn't raise enough $ in a SPP to buy a packet of TimTams for the coffee room. At least at 7.5c they have a chance to get some suckers to buy into it at 5c and raise enough money to pay JB wages for at least another year.
Unless they get rid of JB its a NO from me.
