Consolidation is an absolute requirement though, can't do anything with the current structure but a result will be a further decline in value, the current market cap is too high for a shell with poor management.

I could highlight many examples but WA1 acquired the west Arunta project in 2021 and today sit at a market cap of ~1.5M what have the management been doing here so many projects in their own backyard have been acquired while they tred water at your cost.

They have nothing, absolutely nothing, so the new share price will fall to the pre-consolidated
(there abouts), share price, giving holders even greater loses.
