Lithium Corp has recently bought tenements in Canada for Fluorspar meaning 1mc as a major shareholder has a new investment.

There could be a connection with the consolidation and a likely cap raise for future mining of fluorspar as this critical element will be needed for the manufacturing of EV batteries in Canada, currently mined in Mangolia by the Chinese.
Not what Canada, Nth America wants.
