Can't raise capital at this sort of price point, .002 is a 33% discount and I couldn't see anyone wanting to tip money into this 1 pip below last traded especially when it's just a shell with no actual project.
Consolidation is a good thing; this is good management (plus it's a practice run before they do a consolidation on SYA so you want to iron out the bugs on the mutt company you don't care about first).
