Now that the decision to consolidate has been made which we pretty much can assume is a gimmie.
The time Imo to pull the rabbit out of the hat would be just after the consolidation.
With a lot less shares on issue and some good news like another major partner or another big order or even a major insurer, that might just be enough to get the shareprice going in the right direction.
