It creates an artifice of value which generally attracts a certain type of investor for an initial peak and the creates a greater peak from which to fall because the fundamentals which have been contributing to the erosion of shareholder value over time have not been addressed.

A great strategy for increasing share price and shareholder value is ensuring you have a well performing and accountable board and management acting in the best interests of shareholders. There is no better strategy than that.
