True. Ive complained about that in others companies and they say they use it as an incentive and to retain good staff. This i can live with, but there must be a balance as you all would agree with. If minderoo and MCM vote yes then everyone else hasn't the voting power, but by voting no against the shares and options then a message will be sent I think. I will be giving S Mann a call next week to discuss a lot with him. Mainly the options and shares. It's everyones money they pay themselves with.
They must be conservtive and when the money is rolling in then we can allow pay rises, not when they're needing to preserve cash and spend it wisely.
