i think you are correct lex, mc and minderoo will vote for the con, its a given. as for the other resolutions I'm not sure. but i have said no to those. if those directors want shares then put up some money and take a pay cut til the money flows in then we will all say yes well done have a pay rise. or show us why you are worth it.
