Management just wants to run the company. And is doing very well.
The consolidation was a request from three of the largest shareholders.
The same share holders I would think that so cynically diluted the shares when Bio-MD and Allied merged.
If there is no consolidation the share price should take care of itself with results. However a dividend may be a long time coming. Probably what the major's are thinking.
A 10/1. Consolidation will drive a lot of players out and with the demand staying the same but a drastic reduction in supply / easy to work that out.
But will the share price increase to $1 , if we stay as we are now , sooner than the share price will reach $10 if the consolidation takes place?
