The 10 to 1 consolidation was first announced on Tuesday 13th October, when the shareholder's programme for the forthcoming AGM to be held on 13th November, was released.
Interestingly a few days later on Friday 16th October, there was the notification in which it was announced that there would be a consolidation and that this will occur on the 19th of November [only three days later; Management must think they have the numbers when it goes to the vote].
Seems to me as though this is being fast-tracked.
