Hi Haddad,
You don't lose anything unless the share price remains the same when the company relists. Given that the share issue is being done at 3 cents there is a reasonable assumption that the shares will relist at that price or better so you may well find yourself better off in terms of share value even though you have 10% less shares. The consolidation had to be done to satisfy an ASX requirement.
