Stupid comparison. If you have offtake and no finance OR you have no offtake and no finance.
In both cases there will be no plant and no production.
21st Dec 2017 ARL shares were $1.63 and 21st Dec 2021 it's 47.5 cents. It does show that your favourite ARL with the biggest D (deposit) is making a lot of money. Now why don't you go there and dish out at the incompetent board there. They can have even higher dreams that they will not sign offtake unless the offtake partner funds the plant and gives $4-$5 billion on top. The result is still the same and it's still appears difficult to get funding.
