Management just want to keep the money flowing to their wallets, raising at these prices will be difficult. So they propose a CR at whatever price to keep the boat afloat and then consolidate to keep the capital raise party going.
Theres no newsflow to change the downward trend we are facing. We don't have strong drill targets nor financed for a drill campaign, nor a management trying to make one happen.

Im sure they are pleased with burning shareholders cash because we let it happen without asking what they did in return for us!
