Until there is a series of positive actions taken with real shareholder value, any sale will only further reduce the value of the company (and shareholder's stake). Once the share price is 'revalued' from 0.001 to 0.020 it will provide room for sellers to actually find a buyer (someone who knows nothing about the company and trades simply on price (not value). As above, my prediction is that buyers will take the 'price' of the shares back to the market's perception of value, which is 0.001 (or 1/20 of it's current price).
I understand consolidation to make shares more attractive to institutional buyers and investors but that only works if there is something to invest in. Currently, management is not showing anything of value (hence the current being the lowest possible in the ASX.
My personal view (being so far in the red it looks like black to me - light having faded) I am writing this one off and simply leaving it in the bottom drawer until something substantial happens. A share consolidation is NOT something substantial.
