With that said I hate consolidations for juniors as almost 100% SH’s lose 5-10 times their investment within first year or 2 after an aggressive consolidation. EGO, 88E, SVG etc etc so many out there. Could name a hundred in recent years.

IMO BRK should wait and actually solve the SP first. Doing a 50:1 anyone thinks resetting our SP to 50c will remain at that SP level then alone increase are dreaming. Only bigger losses will be experienced imo. SP will be sub 10c in first 12 months ino.

The company recent buy outs, successful and multiple drilling and company income coming in have all failed to motivate our SP, we are seriously stuck. I have no idea why for the first time in 25 yrs as a SI. Either with need some minor board and management changes (won’t help imo) or do nothing and wait for the US elections and see who becomes president ie drill, drill trump and wait for a TO is our better bet imo.

Seriously BRK don’t do a consolidation as my losses will only increase. That’s my take and my concern re consolidation imo. Have a good weekend to all and I hope BRK board see common sense which unfortunately fail most directors to comprehend imo as they bend over to corporate brokers etc etc. good weekend to all

Sp going from 50c to 10c also means the MC would be 10 mil, for a company making 40 mil a year so a p/e of roughly 0.25 sorry I don’t see it, market is irrational on this one but not that irrational.
