Ann: Consolidation/Split - BRK, page-27

All companies that have conducted consolidations that I've witnessed where the share price falls afterwards have either had no profitable income or have also conducted cap raises at the same time. Here at BRK there is no cap raise & the company is profitable. BRK have & are ticking all the boxes on the field & now they're trying to address the dwindling share price. This I commend them for. Where I stand we have nothing to lose, but everything to gain. I'm already at a 50% paper loss so I'm here until that becomes at least a 50% gain. If investors want out then it'll happen before next Thursday, if it doesn't then I don't believe it'll happen after the consolidation. Once we hit the NYSE then surely this will bring added interest from the US & reduce the SOI even further & increase the SP at the same time. Exciting but also nervous times ahead.
