This is Craig Cooper's biggest failing IMO....He is on to step 5 when step 1 hasn't been successfully completed yet
The reasons they have given for the consolidation are a cut and paste of the reasons given by 1000 other clueless ASX companies who have gone down this road
The notion that suddenly the huge money comes rushing in because there are 10x less shares in issue is preposterous
If the fundamentals are sound or there is a compelling reason to invest, then the money will come irrespective of the shares in issue
I can site numerous examples of companies with way more than a billion shares in issue which have succeeded because they have a business worth investing in....BHP has billions of shares in issue!!
Naivety or arrogance...I'm not entirely sure but I know which way I'm leaning
