Your thinking is, in my opinion, fundamentally flawed as you seem to be under the erroneous belief that consolidating your stock suddenly makes you investible to people who would not have ordinarily invested

You say '' Consolidation at 10:1 will allow us to be a $1-2 stock in no time and then it will be safe for bug funds to invest in'' Why will it become a $1-$2 stock ( 2 to 3 times higher than it is now) simply because there are now less shares in issue? ( and this, according to you, is BEFORE the big funds invest

Many companies who did trade under 10c faced exactly the same challenges with shares trading in fractions but many of them went to much higher numbers WITHOUT consolidating because they proved they has good businesses or because people think they have huge potential. In fact, the exact thing happened to CDX a few months ago when it hit 10c ( this would be $1 post consolidation) showing that trading in fractions is no barrier to success

It is arrogance or naivety on the part of CDX to think that the drop back to six cents is a consequence of the fact that there are a billion shares in issue...had they not failed for the umpteenth time to meet deadlines, or had they not brought out a very poor quarterly, or had the market's appetite risk not declined, it may have stayed there. But it's easier to point fingers at extraneous factors causing a decline in share price than to look inwardly and to admit that they themselves could be largely responsible for the decline

Kick goals and the share price will take care of itself...don't look for red herrings on which to blame poor performance and, conversely, don't think that a higher share price automatically assures you of attention from those who previously didn't give it to you
