    The reason for the consolidation is to list on the OTC.QX.
    To list on the OTC the price of CDX needs to have 30 days of trading at a minimum 25c USD(this is a requirement to list).
    The application is in process & this move by CDX will allow US investors to invest in a sector that is really starting to take off in the US & where the valuations are significantly higher for medtech companies.
    This is an excellent move by management & will attract significant funds that want to invest in CDX.
    Craig will deliver & we all need to take a chill pill & let this play out.
