Hey mate. Dont think you need to issue more shares to list on OTC, it is more of a platform for a network of brokers to filter out all the crap companies This is just a way of getting "premium" American eyeballs on our company and allowing them to trade our shares as well. I guess it is like having another shop front overseas, but in a classy virtual neighbourhood. I dont think you can use it to do a placement.
