Correct, there is no right time if you believe that fundamentally this company will realise its value. You just do it when it needs to be done. Evidently dual listing is coming? So it needs to be done.
Price swings are pretty crazy at the minute but it is inevitable that every time there is unfulfilled speculation over Mobvoi release we will see this happen. Hoping it is the last time. Nobody jinx it by mentioning another possible release date!
