The above is contained in the announcement of 19 August 2021 when a load of restricted shares had that restriction released.

However, if you look towards the end of the ann, you'll find this little beauty.

Sooooo...they expire on the day of the AGM.
One of the Resolutions is for the Consolidation.
IF the res for consol passes, those shares would be divided by 25x
Of course, the Exerciseprice would have to be multiplied by 25x (ridiculous eh...)

Here's my problem/question :-

Is it possible to keep these options in play considering they expire at the same day as the AGM and adjust the expiry date too ???
And the exercise price???
