Well, they tried to increase the share-issuing capacity by a further 10% without having to ask shareholder permission - it's the only vote put in as a Special Resolution at the AGM. Failed !
They already had the statutory 15% allowance for the 12-months which equated to 900,000,000-ish new shares, or 900m / 25 consol factor = 36m post-consolidation

Why look for more when the REAL Special Resolution should have been (imo) for Sholom's Mom's payoff - that's the one that would have failed dismally and they probably knew that, so the 'Special Res' was deflected onto something else that didn't matter, again, imo.

I don't like the current business plan or enjoy or respect the current board, but T/A and F/A trumps it to a buy for me, and don't get me wrong, I have no troubles in backing up what I have posted previously.

It's buying $90.00 for $100.00 and may fly on on volume.

My experience is that a fair chance exists that the cash will be used for something unforeseen.

What that is, is anyone's guess and I don't believe it may be immediate.

I just hope no legal complications may eventuate.
