Nothing wrong with a shot in the dark @fluffynymph - after all, "there's money in war" eh..

That's what it reminds me of here anyway because it's down to anticipating the enemy's next tactic and where the next curveball is going to come from and preparing to fend it off - much like the great effort put in to fend off Pnina's payoff vote but the curveball thrown in there was putting the vote down as an 'Ordinary Resolution'.
There was nothing reasonable or objective about that and even backing it up by saying if the vote failed, the cost in cash would probably be even greater !
I count that as a direct threat to shareholders in an attempt to further sway the vote in her favour..

"My experience is that a fair chance exists that the cash will be used for something unforeseen."

Lol..be ready for another curveball then mate - they're specialists at doing the unexpected..
Here's a piece to think about then as to using the cash..

Complete a 100% purchase of either an existing or shell company in cash...
    Reverse into it - RTO
    Delist..

Not out of the realm of possibility and it'd satisfy your last sentence "I just hope no legal complications may eventuate."

A hostile takeover is another possibility ...
That could have started back in October when 180Markets were approached by a CGB Cornerstone Investor to grab $1.8M worth of discounted (25%) shares for a 10% stake in the company.
    That Cornerstone individual wasn't identified.

Look, I'd love to post something positive here like they're making great inroads on MS research for example, but even on that score, I don't even remember there being any update whatsoever on progress except for taking it out of Israel and into a UNI in Australia - aparently dropping the world's foremost expert in this field, Prof Dedi Meri.
