too busy to keep up at moment. but no way will they issue a 300 million shares ( close to how many will be on issue in sunrise - for water business. in my guesstimation it would more likey be 50 milliion ( about 1 for 5 or 6..) but just what I reckon .. . It will be stupid to have too many shares on issue when the likey ness of cap raises will be around the corner. good luck.
