And now they have just done it again . And they are still broke & they still are 20 mills in debt. And you see people come on here and say they will buy a million at 1 cent . Well, they have been one-tenth of a cent for 15 months . And they just keep issuing, share after share at cheaper prices to the last lot. Seriously, show me another company that behaves like this .
