i think what they are talking about is. if you have 100million shares worth $1 and you issue 100million share to pay debt . you now have 200million shares worth 50cents if you keep adding more shares to pay debt you end up in a endless cycle. ie this share 1 year ago.
for example. look at the charts if you have 100billion shares how much do you have to buy and sell compared to 100million shares.
they tried to fix this with the reverse spilt but it backfired in there face with everyone trying to sell before they lost all there money and now you have a company that has to keep issuing more shares to get income to pay debts knowing they are just ripping off shareholders . if you call them out on there social media pages for this they just delete your comment and ban you from posting. its just a fact of life.
i cant see this company making any money to pay share holders when the director gets paid $1million dollars a year going on reports and the way they spend money on drilling holes . i mean wtf 100 holes for 1million dollars im in the wrong industry
