the thing is its not capital raise its just issuing of new shares. they tried to capital raise after the reverse spilt and only approx. 5% was raised and a day after that they just issued share to offset debt. the company that gets issued the shares is just going to sell them to get there money

736,383,316 current shares but after the spilt i believe it was about 240million share so you do the math. the market cap never went up in fact it went down . current cap is just under 9 mil.
