IMO:
The biggest issue is the total estimated gold resources are too insignificant for a major gold mining operation that is profitable. Whatever they get (if they ever mine gold), subtract $120M from it and there lies your answer, probably why other mining companies ignored the gold reserves in this area previously.
Let's not sugar coat the insignificance of their total inferred gold reserves and KAT GAP doesn't even have 100K of inferred gold ounces.
No wonder they are unable to get TOLL Processing without going via another company!
