FIFO , the way to do it is to write a letter to the Company and Securities Commission (Perth), quoting the specific quote and asking them to investigate & get back to you. Statutorily they have to investigate a potential breach of the law, in this instance of insider trading. They are there to enforce the Company Law. Every year or so we see people they have prosecuted for insider trading & in this instance, it's in writing on a public forum.
