When they issued those performance rights I couldn't understand how they could justify gifting themselves performance rights for a company that does not perform and in a sense those performance rights are as worthless as anybody else's shares when they achieve nothing and then go and announce another consolidation,but then when I saw how stacked the votes were at the AGM that voted "for" everything,just my thoughts,but it made me think that the importance of those performance rights being issued was for the voting power
