The Auresources deal will never happen. Was just to get the ASX off their back to show funding. No company would ever give a wafer thin dore bar “producer” access to $60mill.
Dumbmate just lost 80% in the consolidation but they were probably freebies for selling a screwdriver to management IMO.

I'm pretty sure there was supposed to be 50m shares getting issued to LDA capital on a post consolidation basis already.
